Thessaloniki Business Park (EPPATHE) is a privileged industrial area of approximately 395 hectares, suitable for the establishment of activities of the secondary and tertiary sector such as:

  • 35km from Thessaloniki Airport via an expressway ring road


In addition to the railway connection, its location is extremely privileged due to the proximity to the junction of the National Road Thessaloniki – Edessa and the Highway Malgara – Evzoni (EGNATIA ROAD – FYROM).




EPPATHE is located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Agios Athanasios, in contact with the road that connects the settlements of Kato Gefyra and Agios Athanasios (part of the Old National Road Thessaloniki – Chalkidona) on the 23rd km of the National Road Edessa – Thessaloniki (E86 ).

The noticeable difference of EPPATHE in comparison with respective Industrial Areas is that it is an organized Industrial site with modern integrated infrastructures. It provides an advantageous environment for the establishment of businesses belonging to the industrial, the logistics, the services sector and more. The Infrastructure Projects were constructed by TERNA SA, member of the GEK TERNA Group of Companies, a major Construction and Development Greek company.
